- Consumer Agreement
- By clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button, you, the consumer, have agreed to purchase the product as described on the product's Description Page. If you have questions concerning the products you are about to purchase, please call Consumer Services at (212)810-7274 or click on the 'Contact Us' button on the top of the page to send us an email prior to your purchase. Either way, licensed Cosmetologists will be available to assist you.
- Shipping & Delivery
- UPS is KUJERATI's carrier. At this time, KUJERATI, LLC ships via UPS, merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does KUJERATI, LLC ship via UPS, to APO/AP addresses, P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by end of the business day on Tuesday. Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
- RELEASE OF KUJERATI, LLC When you pay the shipping fees, the payment goes to a third party, in this case, UPS. The third party (UPS), may require you to except their own terms of use. KUJERATI , LLC is not a party to those agreements; they are solely between you and the third party (UPS). If you have an issue with shipping and delivery, please contact UPS directly with reference to your tracking number provided by UPS. Therefore, you release KUJERATI, LLC from any damages, demands or claims arising out of disputes with other users or parties.
- Return Policy
- You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). KUJERATI, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. After the order has been shipped, should you decide that you do not want the order, refuse accepting the package and have the package returned to sender, KUJERATI, LLC will refund the amount of your order but an additional $10 fee will be charged for shipping, handling and restocking. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time. A Product Return Form is included with each shipment. Please return this completed form and a copy of the customer receipt in order to process all shipping discrepancies, damage claims, or product returns. KUJERATI, LLC reserves the right to review each return on a case-by-case basis. Please call Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will gladly accept returns for any KUJERATI products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date provided the products have not been used and the packaging is not damaged (wrapper removed or box crushed). To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. Exchanges: Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time.
